We refuse the unauthorized collection of the email addresses posted on this website by means of email-harvesting programs or any other technical devices.
Please note that violations are subject to criminal penalties under the Information and Communications Network Act.

Article 50-2 (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses, etc.)
- No person shall collect email addresses by using a program or any other technical device that automatically collects email addresses from an internet website on which the refusal of email address collection is expressly stated.
- No person shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of Paragraph 1.
- No person shall use email addresses for information transmission with the knowledge that their collection, sale, and distribution are prohibited under Paragraphs 1 and 2.
Article 65-2 (Penalty Provisions) Any person falling under any of the following subparagraphs shall be punished by a fine not exceeding KRW 10 million.
- A person who has taken technical measures in violation of Article 50 (4)
- A person who has transmitted advertising information for commercial purposes in violation of Article 50 (6)

A person who has collected, sold, or distributed email addresses, or used them for information transmission, in violation of Article 50-2
